A commercial feedyard running 40,000 head produces more structured operational data in a week than most row-crop operations see in a season. Chute records. Weights. Treatments. Bunk scores. Mortality. Closeouts.
Most of that data sits in HMS exports and spreadsheets and never gets analyzed. The signals are there — the morbidity patterns, the source correlations, the protocol drift. They're just too expensive to surface manually, every morning, across every pen.
