If Drover doesn't pay for itself inside 90 days, you don't pay for Drover.

We mean this plainly. If the avoided-loss economics of your pilot don't exceed the annualized license fee within 90 days, we refund the pilot and part company as friends. No clauses. No asterisks.

What counts as "per head"?+
Active head-on-feed, measured as a trailing 30-day average so your invoice doesn't bounce with every closeout. Billed monthly.
Is there a minimum contract term?+
No minimum term after the free trial. We'd rather earn your renewal than lock you in.
What does it cost to get started?+
The first 30 days are free, full feature set. No credit card required. If you continue, you're billed at the start of month two.
Does every tier include Helix AI?+
Yes — every tier, from Starter up. There is no lite version of the reasoning layer.
Who owns the data?+
You do. Your operational records are yours. We use anonymized, aggregated patterns to improve the platform — you can opt out. Full export is always available.
How long does setup take?+
Export a CSV from your records system, upload it to Drover, and your first scored briefing runs the following morning. There is no IT project required to start.
Do you support swine operations?+
Drover Swine is a partner pilot program — not yet commercially available. Reach out to discuss whether your operation is a fit for the pilot.
